GovSignal has three plans: Scout (free) gives you a weekly generic top-5 contract digest. Pro ($49/month, founding price) adds daily AI-scored matching against your NAICS codes and certifications, plus a dashboard and pipeline tracker. Team ($149/month) adds up to 5 users and a shared pipeline. Annual billing on Pro ($490/year) and Team ($1,490/year) gives you 2 months free. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial (card required up front) — cancel before day 7 and pay nothing. The free weekly digest needs no card.

Yes. You can cancel your GovSignal subscription at any time without penalties or long-term commitments. If you're on a monthly plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For annual subscribers, you may cancel anytime, and your access continues through the end of your paid year. We believe in keeping our relationship with you transparent and flexible.

Your data security matters to us. We never sell your company information to third parties, and your business profile and match history are used solely to score and deliver relevant contract opportunities to you. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). GovSignal sends a daily digest (Pro) of SAM.gov, UK Contracts Finder and CanadaBuys opportunities, each scored 0–100 against your NAICS codes and certifications with a written reason, plus recompete flags and a pipeline tracker.

GovSignal scores every contract 0–100 against your specific NAICS codes, certifications, and set-asides, with a plain-English reason for each score, and delivers that shortlist to your inbox daily instead of you searching manually. It's a discovery and prioritization layer, not a replacement for your own bid/proposal work.

GovSignal is built for small and solo government contractors — including 8(a), WOSB, SDVOSB, and HUBZone-certified businesses — who don't have a dedicated business development team and need an affordable way to monitor SAM.gov, UK Contracts Finder, and CanadaBuys. If you're bidding with a large in-house capture team, an enterprise-tier platform built for that scale may be a better fit than our self-serve tiers.

Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial — you provide a card to start, but you won't be charged if you cancel before day 7. After that, monthly subscribers can cancel anytime and access continues through the end of the current billing period; annual subscribers who cancel retain access through the end of their paid year. GovSignal is a digital product, so we do not offer refunds for charges already made.

Free (Scout) subscribers get a weekly generic digest; Pro and Team subscribers get a daily digest scored specifically to their profile, viewable anytime in the dashboard.
